Jonathan Gaillard, National Sales Manager
Jonathan manages the independent sales rep network, as well as the applications and sales support staff within SyncroFlo. He is a 20+ year veteran of packaged pumping systems, having owned Liqui-trol and Archimedes Systems. He joined SyncroFlo in 1997, quickly advancing to VP Sales. He spent 2003 - 2007 as VP Sales of a SyncroFlo top 10 rep company. He is a Clemson University graduate and a scratch golfer.
David Romaine, Municipal Project Manager
During his 27+ years with SyncroFlo, David Romaine has served in many positions including: application engineering, engineering management, product development, and technical sales. During that time, he has worked with Commercial, Industrial, Irrigation and Municipal products. David is an accomplished PLC programmer and systems analyst. He played a key role in the development of plumbing and irrigation standardized product lines. He has both field experience on job sites and at the offices of consulting engineers around the country. He has also taught seminars on pump stations for ASPE, ASHRAE, ASIC, and GCSAA; as well as community colleges. David has a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Tech and a Master of Science degree from Georgia State University.
Kevin Lackey, Municipal Project Manager
Kevin Lackey returns to SyncroFlo, in the newly created role of Municipal Sales Manager. Since 1990, he has worked in the packaged pumping industry, with 2 different manufacturers. Kevin is a 1986 graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill.
Gretchen Scheib, Fire Protection Application Engineer
Gretchen has worked in the fire pump industry her entire professional career, with 3 different pump companies. She is a full member of NFPA and a chemical engineering graduate of the University of Cincinnati.
William Dusik, Applications Design
William joined SyncroFlo in 1982 as a draftsman in the engineering dept. In 1988 he moved into the sales department to work in commercial plumbing. This has since grown to include industrial and HVAC applications. He has been a member of ASHRAE since 1991. He is a SyncroFlo certified service technician. He has attended numerous pump schools over the last 20 years. William’s primarily responsibilities are working with the rep network, reviewing and writing specifications, quoting custom projects and value engineering.
