Adonis Layyous – Project Engineering Manager
Adonis started his professional career in 1986, with Layyous M.E. Engineering as a sales engineer selling pumps, valves, boilers and filters. In 1991, he joined a pump distributor as an outside salesman. Between 1998 and 2005, he worked with Crane Pumps and systems as a Regional Manager and for the last 4 years as their International Sales Manager. He joined SyncroFlo in 2005 with the responsibilities of managing large projects, the engineering department, and the technical support department. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as an MBA.

Jim Blackburn, Operations Manager
Responsible for operations and the supply chain for SyncroFlo, Jim is a Six Sigma Black Belt with over 30 years of professional experience in a variety of manufacturing environments. Formerly with Corning Inc., and Anchor Glass Container, Jim’s background includes consulting experience in business process improvement with DifEq Consulting.  He earned a  Business Administration degree from Adrian College.

Jonathan Gaillard, National Sales Manager
Jonathan manages the independent sales rep network, as well as the applications and sales support staff within SyncroFlo. He is a 20+ year veteran of packaged pumping systems, having owned Liqui-trol and Archimedes Systems. He joined SyncroFlo in 1997, quickly advancing to VP Sales. He spent 2003 - 2007 as VP Sales of a SyncroFlo top 10 rep company. He is a Clemson University graduate and a scratch golfer.
