John Kahren - President

   

Day-to-day, John focuses on growing sales, developing strategic alliances, and working closely with sales representatives for the businesses. John spent most of his 30 year career with Peerless Pump. He held several positions for the company, advancing to Vice President for Sales and Marketing. He then joined Garlock Sales as V.P. of Sales and Marketing. In 2004, he became the V.P. of Sales and Marketing at SyncroFlo. In 2006, he became President of SyncroFlo. John is an avid golfer and a coach for his son’s Gwinnett Bulldogs Little League baseball team.

Luis Soares - Vice President, Operations

   

Luis Soares is responsible for SyncroFlo plant operations, supply chain and customer service. Luis is a graduate of Durham College with a Business Administration diploma, majoring in Industrial Management. Luis has also completed Six Sigma and Management Certification programs. Luis has over 25 years of professional experience within the automotive industry. Formerly with Magna Exteriors and Interiors, Woodbridge Foam Corporation and Grupo Antolin, Luis’ background includes manufacturing experience as a Plant Manager and Assistant General Manager. Luis is currently focused on implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives to streamline plant operations and support future growth plans. Luis is a native of Canada and currently resides in Douglassville, Georgia.

Steve Bradley - Engineering Manager

   

Steve is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a registered professional engineer in the specialization of controls. He manages all the engineers, and oversees the third-party certifications.

Kim Blackwell - Customer Service Manager

   

After an award-winning career with Saturn and General Motors in Plant-wide Program Management, Kim has joined SyncroFlo to bring large program over-site to the Municipal, Irrigation, and Fire Protection divisions. She has over 20 years of Industrial & Efficiency Engineering, Operations Management, and Manufacturing experience. Kim is a graduate of the Georgia Tech in Industrial & Systems Engineering.

Jason Kresner - Product Manager

   

Jason Kresner is moving from his sales role to his new position as Product Manager. In his product management role he will be working behind the scenes supporting sales on new product development and improvements to existing products and processes. Jason will slowly transition out of sales and is still available to answer questions on existing projects.
