John Kahren - President


Day-to-day, John focuses on growing sales, developing strategic alliances, and working closely with sales representatives for the businesses. John spent most of his 30 year career with Peerless Pump. He held several positions for the company, advancing to Vice President for Sales and Marketing. He then joined Garlock Sales as V.P. of Sales and Marketing. In 2004, he became the V.P. of Sales and Marketing at SyncroFlo. In 2006, he became President of SyncroFlo. John is an avid golfer and a coach for his son’s Gwinnett Bulldogs Little League baseball team.

Darren Clark - Director of Commercial Services


Darren focuses on the commercial activities of Syncroflo, including the applications, contracts and aftersales departments. Darren has spent 31 years in the pump industry with SPP Pumps, and has held a variety of roles from Regional Sales Manager, Project Manager to Sales Manager – Oil & Gas. In 2016, Darren was appointed Director – Commercial Services and relocated from the UK to the USA with his wife Melanie. This is Darren and Melanie’s second time living in the USA, as they also lived in Atlanta between 2006 to 2008. Darren is a keen classic motorcycle restorer, and also a keen RC helicopter flyer when he has time.

Steve Bradley - Engineering Manager


Steve is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a registered professional engineer in the specialization of controls. He manages all the engineers, and oversees the third-party certifications.

Kim Blackwell - Customer Service Manager


After an award-winning career with Saturn and General Motors in Plant-wide Program Management, Kim has joined SyncroFlo to bring large program over-site to the Municipal, Irrigation, and Fire Protection divisions. She has over 20 years of Industrial & Efficiency Engineering, Operations Management, and Manufacturing experience. Kim is a graduate of the Georgia Tech in Industrial & Systems Engineering.

Mike Accetta - Sales Manager


Mike started his employment with SyncroFlo in 2014 as a Project Engineer. While working in Engineering, Mike further developed the IronHeart product line and worked with the Commercial Engineering team on custom projects. Prior to his employment at SyncroFlo, he worked in home and commercial renovations, gaining experience in plumbing, building construction and electrical work. In late 2015, Mike moved to Inside Sales as an Applications Engineer. Outside of work, Mike enjoys rock climbing, working on cars, and travel.
