John Kahren - President

   

Day-to-day, John focuses on growing sales, developing strategic alliances, and working closely with sales representatives for the businesses. John spent most of his 30 year career with Peerless Pump. He held several positions for the company, advancing to Vice President for Sales and Marketing. He then joined Garlock Sales as V.P. of Sales and Marketing. In 2004, he became the V.P. of Sales and Marketing at SyncroFlo. In 2006, he became President of SyncroFlo. John is an avid golfer and a coach for his son’s Gwinnett Bulldogs Little League baseball team.

Jim Blackburn - Vice President of Operations/CFO

   

Responsible for operations and the supply chain for SyncroFlo, Jim is a Six Sigma Black Belt with over 30 years of professional experience in a variety of manufacturing environments. Formerly with Corning Inc., and Anchor Glass Container, Jim’s background includes consulting experience in business process improvement with DifEq Consulting. He earned a Business Administration degree from Adrian College.

Steve Bradley - Engineering Manager

   

Steve is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a registered professional engineer in the specialization of controls. He manages all the engineers, and oversees the third-party certifications.

Kim Blackwell - Customer Service Manager

   

After an award-winning career with Saturn and General Motors in Plant-wide Program Management, Kim has joined SyncroFlo to bring large program over-site to the Municipal, Irrigation, and Fire Protection divisions. She has over 20 years of Industrial & Efficiency Engineering, Operations Management, and Manufacturing experience. Kim is a graduate of the Georgia Tech in Industrial & Systems Engineering.

Todd Weir - Project Manager Engineered Systems ( HVAC, Fire, Industrial)

   

Todd Weir graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelors in the nation’s first Mechanical and Energy Engineering program. He is a member of multiple professional organizations including ASME, ASHRAE, AWWA and NFPA. Todd passed the Fundamentals Examination in April 2012 and is a certified Engineer In Training on route to a Professional Engineer certification. Since coming to SyncroFlo from a competitor in January 2013 he has quickly moved from application support and sales in commercial, municipal, fire and HVAC systems to the position of project manager for engineered systems. Todd enjoys camping, concerts, and riding his Harley.
