Jim Blackburn, Vice President Operations
Responsible for operations and the supply chain for SyncroFlo, Jim is a Six Sigma Black Belt with over 30 years of professional experience in a variety of manufacturing environments. Formerly with Corning Inc., and Anchor Glass Container, Jim’s background includes consulting experience in business process improvement with DifEq Consulting.  He earned a  Business Administration degree from Adrian College.

Jonathan Gaillard, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Jonathan manages the independent sales rep network, as well as the applications and sales support staff within SyncroFlo. He is a 20+ year veteran of packaged pumping systems. He joined SyncroFlo in 1997, quickly advancing to VP Sales. He spent 2003 – 2007 as VP Sales of a SyncroFlo top 10 rep company. He is a Clemson University graduate.

Gary Smith, Chief Financial Officer
Gary is responsible for accounting and financing activities at SyncroFlo.  He has 35 years of senior-level experience in corporate accounting (primarily manufacturing and construction), public accounting (KPMG) and consulting.  He focuses on financial reporting, internal controls, and on the company’s ERP system (i.e. integrated business software).  He earned MBA and bachelor degrees from the University of Rochester.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor.

Kevin Lackey, Municipal Business Unit Director
Since 1990, Kevin has worked in the packaged pumping industry, with 2 different manufacturers. Kevin is a 1986 graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill.

Richard Hanson, Commercial Business Unit Director
Richard is a 1989 engineering graduate of Georgia Tech. He has worked in the plumbing industry all his life, as a salesman, marketer, designer, industrial engineer, computer programmer, and manager
