John Tucker - Municipal & Rain Water Sales Engineer

   

John has worked in the pump system industry since 1974, with 7 different manufacturers. He has designed, engineered, built, and serviced pump systems for commercial, municipal, turf irrigation, fire protection, and industrial applications. He is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and is a certified machinist. His interests include theology, bicycling, and languages.

John Santi - National Sales Manager (Fire, HVAC & Industrial)

   

John has worked in the mechanical and pump industry since 1978. Started his career at a large Mechanical Contractor in the in the plumbing and piping departments. In 1994 his changed career paths and went into the manufacturing of packaged pump systems as a production manager for a startup company. He has since worked for 4 other package system manufacturers in the plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, industrial, and oil & gas industries. John has held a TX plumbing license, multiple welding certifications, and has been a craft instructor for the Dallas County Junior College system. John is married and has a 27 year old daughter finishing her masters in theology @ TCU and a new son in law also doing the same. John interests include Scuba diving, off-roading in his Jeep, camping, fishing and target shooting.

Jason Kresner - Lead Applications Engineer

   

Jason is an Applications Engineer for Fire, Commercial, and Plumbing pumping systems here at SyncroFlo, Inc. Jason comes to SyncroFlo from SPP Pumps, Inc. where he started in inside sales, was Lead Applications Engineer and headed up Commercial Sales as Sales Manager. Prior to his career in the pump industry Jason spent his time in the construction field where he worked in project management and purchasing. Jason hails from the Pacific Northwest, has lived in 7 states across the US visited 30 and spent some time abroad. He enjoys travelling, photography, and outdoor adventure sports.

Brandon Pangrazio Applications Engineer

   

Brandon is a 2013 graduate from the University of Georgia Engineering Program specializing in Mechanical Systems. He began his career here at SyncroFlo as a Project Engineer, where he helped design booster systems for the commercial department. Prior to graduating, Brandon spent two years working with Baldor Electric, where he learned about motor design and selection. In his new role, he is responsible for aiding in system design and selection. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys participating in sports, hiking, and travelling.

Ryan McPeak Commercial & Rain Water

   

Ryan is originally from Memphis, TN. After graduating high school, he attended Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY where he studied Mechanical Engineering. He joined SyncroFlo after college as a Project Engineer working within the Municipal business unit. After a year with Municipal, he moved to the Commercial group, specializing in the design and engineering of Rain Harvest systems. He is now joining the sales side as an Applications Engineer. Outside of work Ryan enjoys watching all types of sports, playing instruments, and listening to music.
